Power on the machine and use the self-checking function to automatically clean the nozzle of the digital direct-injection printing machine when it is clogged. Ideally, no further action is necessary.
You may have to use maintenance software forcefully to clean it if method 1 doesn’t work.
Alternatively, if method 2 does not completely clean the print head, you may need to turn off the digital printing machine. Unplug the power supply, plug, and computer data cable., drip cleaning liquid on the dust-free paper, pull out the print head to the middle position. In addition, protect the print head surface (avoid wiping the print head while protecting the print head), and then push the nozzle back to its original position and test as described in method 1 or 2.
To try method 3 if method 3 fails, turn off the digital printing machine, unplug the power supply, plug, computer data cable, etc., place the nozzle at the origin (far right) and very vigorously draw ink into the waste bottle. See if there is any ink dripping from the nozzle, then test according to method 1 or 2.
Ink does not appear on the print heads of which color or colors. The yellow ink, for example, can be fixed by turning off the digital printing machine, unplugging the power supply, plug, computer cable, etc., just at the air intake of the yellow ink bottle. In addition to gently blowing the ink bag with the syringe (to avoid backflow of the syringe air that would cause the ink to flow back), check the surface of the nozzle to see if any ink is leaking. Ink oozes out in about 2 to 3 drops. Then, dip a piece of dust-free paper in cleaning fluid and lightly dip the ink on the surface of the nozzle, move the nozzle back to the original point, and test according to methods 1 or 2.
The bubble spray head method is the only option if none of the above five methods work. If method 1 or 2 do not work, try method 5 next. If method 5 still does not work, you can replace the spray head only.
