1. Choose a slower printing mode
Due to the slow printing speed, the picture that has just been printed will remain in the air for a little longer, which allows the picture to dry after it has been printed.
2. Adjust the Indoor Temperature
High air humidity is the main cause of slow drying of the printing output pictures of the printing machine. It is possible to increase the drying speed of the picture by reducing the air humidity.
3. Turn On The External Dryer
To speed up the drying speed of the output picture, an external dryer system is used to dry it. In order to avoid overloading the socket, pay attention to the load of the external dryer when it’s on for a long time. It is best to use a different socket when the dryer is on for a long period of time.
It will cause smudging, adhesion, and wrinkling of the output image if the printing surface of the printing machine is not completely dry, leading to the scrapping of the entire result. Because of this, the output image must not be rolled up when it is not dry.
